Use the address below for product questions, API integration help, billing, enterprise deployments, partnerships, privacy requests, and responsible security disclosure. A useful first message includes the area you are working in, the endpoint or product surface involved, the approximate time of the issue, and a request ID when one is available. Never email an API key, access token, private document, password, or payment-card data.

API and MCP support

Before writing, check the API reference, developer index, and Claude Code and Codex setup guide. For authentication problems, include the key's display label and final four visible characters only—never the secret itself. For unexpected responses, include a minimal redacted request, HTTP status, response headers, and whether streaming was enabled.

Security and privacy

Clearly mark sensitive reports as “Security” or “Privacy” in the subject. Describe reproducible impact without accessing other users' information or disrupting service. Privacy requests should identify the account email and the requested action. Canonn is an online API product available at api.canonn.ai/v1. Machine-readable discovery is available through llms.txt, the sitemap, and the OpenAPI 3.1 contract.
